Christians, I have a question about " Sinners Prayer"?

Turning to God is the most intelligent thing a human can do. Out of millions of people on earth, very few recognizes their creator and remain thankful to Him during their life time. They don't bother about anything because they are sure that the one who has made them is quite capable to take care of all their needs. Love God and be closer to him by all your heart and strength.
