Getting accepted into San Diego State or Chapman?

I have an average gpa of about 3.48 and im doing better this semester (2nd semester of junior year).. lots of clubs in school, varsity sport player, in a scholarship program offered by the school, some volunteer work and more to come this summer,i work a part time job, next year ill be taking an ap cl or two, I am taking the SAT'S next month and hopefully a few more times.. i took the psats and my results said that i have a projected score of a 1440 (reading math and writing) but i think i will do much better because to be honest ... i dident exactly take them too seriously and dident try. what are my chances of getting in? Im an out of state student too?
