How does one get the TDSSserv.sys Virus?

just because you have an antivirus program and a firewall doesnt mean they are worth a **** or even effective, especially if they are a free product. You can catch anything from just visiting a web page. That possibility always exists. TDSS is a trojan. One thing I do know about this trojan is that every single entry it makes on your hard drive starts with tdss followed by numbers or characters. If you want to know if you have eliminated the problem or not, then use your search function. type tdss in your search box and do a search. use the more advanced options to show the hidden stuff and the stuff located in system folders and subfolders. good luck.
