There are laws in India which can put one in jail without investigation, enquiry or proof?

Simply on somebody's allegation, the Indian police can send one to court writing a false forward memo and the Indian court will accept the false report of police as sacrosanct and send one to jail. Which other countries have such bogus law in practice for victimizing innocents?
