I dont know what to do about college and i have to decide quickly! :[ help me!!?

So i'm going to school for pharmacy in the long run but right now im going through my second year at a community college and i have only taken gen ed cles out of curiousity and wanting to make sure i'm going to major in the right thing. I need to transfer either this fall or in the spring of next year and i havent fully decided where i'm going. I was thinking of applying to Pitt and U of R but i don't know if I'm ready to just go. I think I should probably do another semester here to finish off my labs and stuff and get more informed about schools and more ready to leave. If i go in the fall i only have 2 months to apply and to visit all the places i'm considering. If i go in the spring I will be behind my timeline and will possibly be behind in graduating from college by a year or two. As much as i want to take off i'm not completely sure i'm ready to but the idea of staying here another semester just for stability after already being here for 4 semesters makes me feel like i'm wasting my time. It also scares me because a lot of people end up going to my community college for 5 years! and they go nowhere i don't want to be one of those people :[ please you have got to help me.. will staying here in the fall and leaving in the spring of next year mess me up? Credit wise, and my graduating timeline? Also won't it be harder to make friends if i leave off schedule and move somewhere in the spring?? In the fall everyone meets all the new people moving in?right? not that that is the most important thing but it has crossed my mind.. thanks so much for helping :)
