I play tennis with a two-handed forehand and have a ques. about my backhand?

I used to play baseball so i feel comfortable using two hands on my forehand in tennis and i hit really well with it. The only issue is that when i go to hit my backhand i do not know if i should switch my hand order (I am a righty and normally hit with my left hand at the bottom of the racket with my right hand on top of it like you would in baseball) I can hit it fine but my friends find it really awkward hitting a backhand like that. Also my left hand, not wrist, hurts after playing so i would like tennis players/experts opinions on whether or not i should switch my hand order or if i can keep it the same when hitting a backhand
