Puppy housebreaking help?

try using out as a command for going out the door. have her sit and stay inside the door and you call her "out" and praise her. Then do it from the doorway and tell her to go out then do it from inside. Then when you see her sniff around looking like she has to go tell her "out" and she should go outside. or try taking a toy and throwing it just outside the door and help build her confidence with going outside the door. then take the toy and place it outside the door without her seeing you do it - when she comes into the room and sees the toy hopefully she will feel comfortable enough to go outside the door and get it - then try that and walk out of the room and see if she will go get it when you're not in the room
