Biology practical test .?

i hv HCL heat in 4 diff temps.30, 40, 50, nd 60. nd den i add 1mm agar cubes to it nd keep it heatd at da same temps. then im wondering wt else i hve to do to 5nd da rate of reaction? hlp.........
