Filing through traffic on motorbike ?

If in doubt play it safe. As long as you are riding safely the police wont bother you. legally filtering (as I know it) is cled as over taking so if anything happens its your fault. To me it is either safe to do or not. If you stick to your own ability's you will be ok.
