Question about social services and persecution of family?

i have a friend who has been hounded by the social services for over a year now, she is a great mum and has done nothing wrong. she had a partner who started hitting her and when she could she fled. the social workers have come in and turned the families world upside down. they have questionedd and interrogated her firneds to the point they are walking away.social services have threatend the friends with welfare checks on their ownfamilies. forced friends out who have been supportive. and isolated the family completly. they say they have no concerns, no allegations are made aginst this mum, andother proffessionals have no concerns. everyone states kids are not neglected and happy. she grew up incare and was abused and they are trying to use thisagainst her. she is scared oflosing her children. the mum has a group on facebook called anonymous mum. what else can she do? despite saying they have no allegations being made, they want to questions a vulnerable child who is scared of them and who thinks they're going to take her away from her mum. they want to question the girl on their own with noone present and the mum is concerned. what rights does she have? what rights do the children have?
