Do i have a brain injury ?

hi im 16 , 2 years ago i was moving a cabinet to the other side of the room and i forgot this heavy candle holder was on top and while i was moving its slipped and fell on my head, i didnt get dizzy or anything but it was painfull and now 2 years later i sometimes feel the injury like on and off, and sometimes when i move the area around the injury it sometimes hurts. is this normal ? should i get an mri scan or something. could this have injured my brain ? and if it did can you please tell me symptoms of a brain injury.
