My dogs just ate a big bar of chocolate..now Im worried.?

I had this big bar of Hershey's dark chocolate in my room and my dogs got into it and I know the chocolate isn't that good for them but it won't like kill them or anything but I'm pretty sure they ate the whole wrapper too and the silver wrapper is like foil paper kind of stuff [ you know what im talking about?] and so is that going to be really bad for them or will it just like digest after a while?
