I am in the Navy DEP and would like to switch to the Marines, I have done MEPs and swore in at MEP, can i Swap

I signed my contract at MEPs and all that good stuff, but I am a physical guy and so far the Navy DEP program has been dissapointed and my recruiter has ignored me many times, is there anyway I can switch to marines?
