I bought the warner pure reef supplement bottles with 3.?

i was wondering if I put in all 3 of the supplements at once. There is calcium,magnesium, and iodine. can any one give me correct directions? 1. do I add all 3 at once. 2. do I have to wait 5 minutes after each bottle ? 3. help me out.
