Venusaur: Leech Seed or Synthesis?

Depends. Synthesis heals a lot more HP than leech seed, and a lot faster. But leech seed slowly hurts your opponent. So it really depends on whether you wanna beat up your opponent more or just heal. I think synthesis is better.
