Well, I cut myself because I hate the way my dad treats me. He is trying to make memories of my deceased mother disappear. He took down all of the beautiful quilts she made. I try to tell him to stop and tell him how I feel and for a moment I actually believe he cares but he keeps on going. He remarried a month after my mother's 1 year death day and now all the pictures of my mom are replaced with her. He even said I'm his kid, not a person. I do and think everything he tells me too. He's said I have no freedom. For about two weeks now I've cut and thought about suicide. I've even planned it out before but stopped myself. I'm tired of of smiling because it hurts so much. I want to tell someone but I'm afraid, for some reason, they'll be mad at me. I don't want to tell my dad but maybe my sister. I'm mostly afraid because my dad married a physiologist that works with troubled teens. Please, how could I tell someone and who can I tell? help :(

try using out as a command for going out the door. have her sit and stay inside the door and you call her "out" and praise her. Then do it from the doorway and tell her to go out then do it from inside. Then when you see her sniff around looking like she has to go tell her "out" and she should go outside. or try taking a toy and throwing it just outside the door and help build her confidence with going outside the door. then take the toy and place it outside the door without her seeing you do it - when she comes into the room and sees the toy hopefully she will feel comfortable enough to go outside the door and get it - then try that and walk out of the room and see if she will go get it when you're not in the room

A question for those who live in or know NYC?

I lived near NYC for a year, and we went into the city twice to sight see. Both times we took the sightseeing tour bus to get around. I only took the subway once, so I can't remember the cost, but I know if you take the double decker sightseeing bus, it hops on and off at various destinations, the ones you want and more. If you want a cheap place to stay in Patong that is close to the beach and also close to Soi Bangla the Patong Beach Inn has a/c rooms with shower etc and the location is very good. About THB 800 a night for a room.Other cheap ones are Lamai Inn from about THB 700, Patong Beach Lodge, Tropica Bungalow is a little more but good swimming pool. Toy Beach Residence another cheap place to stay. There are others further away from the busy are that are cheap but you may need to take a tuk tuk so that will add to the cost. The Beach Inn is close to everything and cheap.

I dont know what to do about college and i have to decide quickly! :[ help me!!?

So i'm going to school for pharmacy in the long run but right now im going through my second year at a community college and i have only taken gen ed cles out of curiousity and wanting to make sure i'm going to major in the right thing. I need to transfer either this fall or in the spring of next year and i havent fully decided where i'm going. I was thinking of applying to Pitt and U of R but i don't know if I'm ready to just go. I think I should probably do another semester here to finish off my labs and stuff and get more informed about schools and more ready to leave. If i go in the fall i only have 2 months to apply and to visit all the places i'm considering. If i go in the spring I will be behind my timeline and will possibly be behind in graduating from college by a year or two. As much as i want to take off i'm not completely sure i'm ready to but the idea of staying here another semester just for stability after already being here for 4 semesters makes me feel like i'm wasting my time. It also scares me because a lot of people end up going to my community college for 5 years! and they go nowhere i don't want to be one of those people :[ please you have got to help me.. will staying here in the fall and leaving in the spring of next year mess me up? Credit wise, and my graduating timeline? Also won't it be harder to make friends if i leave off schedule and move somewhere in the spring?? Love/Hate relationships...can they work?

I hate to say it, but my husband and I have a love/hate relationship. We fight a lot (not in front of our daughter) and love a lot too. We both have strong personalities. I play tennis with a two-handed forehand and have a ques. about my backhand?

I used to play baseball so i feel comfortable using two hands on my forehand in tennis and i hit really well with it. The only issue is that when i go to hit my backhand i do not know if i should switch my hand order (I am a righty and normally hit with my left hand at the bottom of the racket with my right hand on top of it like you would in baseball) I can hit it fine but my friends find it really awkward hitting a backhand like that. I had 32/11.50/15 Mud Kings on a stock '90 F-150 which is the same truck with a longer wheelbase. They just barely cleared. 33/12.50's rubbed. If you want a taller tire, there are some brands that come in 33/10.50 sizes. You won't clear anything bigger than that with no lift. They will rub on the inner fenders and the rear corners of the front bumper.

But to answer your question, you have the right idea, however maybe give the dog a treat and PLENTY of praise when it goes outside. When you see the puppy sniffing in circles that usually means it has to go to the bathroom so take it outside ASAP. Also after playing, feeding, even napping, take the puppy out. When it goes in the house while you are gone, there is no point in scolding it then because it forgot what it has done. But when you see him do it, scold him with a stern. "No" and rush him outside. I exercise as often as I can, either going on power walks, lunges, squats, etc. I do one of these atleast 5 times a week. Proving slander? advice please?

someone is claiming I spread a dirty rumor at my university. I did not do this but I have had inappropriate behavior in the past so I can see how I am a likely suspect. I cannot provide reason why the person who reported this would even target me& make this up, making me look even more suspicious. It's quite serious and I could face charges of slander as well as expulsion from the school I hear if they continue to believe it was me. Is there ANY way to prove I did not spread this dirty rumor? What's your definition of family?

I, personally, feel that "family" is much more than blood - I don't need to be genetically related to a person to consider them family. Likewise, just because I AM genetically related to somebody doesn't mean I feel like they are family. What's your definition of family and what right does that give a person? Should they get to dictate your actions, "punish" you if they don't agree with you, manipulate you? I really like it you got something going but if you are gonna rhyme create a rhyming pattern in you poem. I don't know if you do have one but I don't see it. I love the story line in the poem. I thought it was excellent, I would have no suggestions to make the atmosphere or mood more clear it was descriptive enough, especially since with just a few well placed words our imagination can fill in what being in a prison or dungeon is like, I like the use of the word "bedraggled" it goes a long way in conveying the idea of being in a hopeless state in a rundown nasty cell that I want to get out of.

Christmas party food ideas - something new?

We are hosting a come and go Christmas gathering next week and plan to serve some munchies and drinks. Drinks are covered but I need some new munchie ideas - none of our guests have any food allergies. Here's what I have so far - er tarts, nanaimo bars, shortbread cookies, coconut slice, gingerbread men, fudge, veggie tray (likely done with dip in a cup and veggies standing up in the cup), shrimp and sauce, and a cheese ball with crackers. I have algae taking over in my tropical fish tank what can i do to get rid of it?
